- Summer Drop Off Program
This Summer we will be offering a 5-Day Drop Off program for children between 3 and 6.5 years of age who are currently enrolled or have previously been enrolled in our programs and have fully transitioned to separation. Classes will meet from 9 AM to 12:30 PM with plenty of time for play in the garden. The Summer session will run from Monday, June 17th to Friday, August 16th (there will be no classes on Thursday, July 4th or Friday, July 5th). >>more

On Friday April 19th 9:00 am - parent lounge Gary Lamb will meet with New Amsterdam parents to discuss Cause NY, how to make Independent Education more accessible and MORE.

Last Pillow Workshop of the Year

For Our Loved Ones
First Week of May:  Date TBD
Announcing our last pillow workshop of the school year, just in time for Mother's Day. Although anyone would delight in receiving such a wonderful gift, including ourselves!
 
We are offering the opportunity for you to learn to make:
A. Travel size pillow filled with buckwheat hulls
B. Small heating pad (for use in microwave OR oven)
 
You may choose a total of 2 projects per person regardless of the combination. For more details and to sign up, click here.
 
Payments are to be made to the school at the front desk before the workshop date during the first week of May.
