-All Community Meeting

We look forward to generating more discussion around healthy social forms for community life.  Our first all school community meeting is Wednesday, October 3rd. In this meeting we will discuss the economic life of New Amsterdam, Waldorf Education, our future, and look more deeply into community life.

The Sample Sessions are an opportunity for parents and their children over the age of two to explore one of our classrooms, meet our teachers, share in an activity and participate in a brief discussion about our unique approach to early childhood education.

Fall Parent Child Program--New Class Added

We have added a new class on Mondays from 3:30-5 PM for parents and their children between 21 and 28 months of age!

Also, we are now offering a family class on Saturday mornings from 9-10:30 AM for children 29-35 months of age.  Start the weekend with this fun family friendly class!

New Amsterdam Early Childood Center Fall 2012 Parent Child Schedule
3-6 months of age--Mondays from 9:30-10:30 AM
7-11 months of age--Fridays from 9:30-10:30 AM
12-16 months of age (mobile)--Fridays from 2-3:30 PM
15-22 months of age--Wednesdays from 1:30-3 PM
21-28 months of age--Mondays &/or Wednesdays from 3:30-5 PM
29-35 months of age--Saturdays 9-10:30 AM
36 months of age and older--Class to be scheduled

Calendar Reminder

We will be closed in observance of Yom Kippur on Wednesday, September 26th, 2012.  Classes will resume on Thursday September 27th.  

School Closed September 17th and 18th

No Classes Monday, September 17th and Tuesday, September 18th

There will be no classes held this Monday and Tuesday in observance of Rosh Hashanah.  Classes will resume on Wednesday, September 19th.
